Nick Pennell

Director

Nick has led strategy and growth initiatives while working at Bass and for corporate clients during his 15 years with Booz & Company where he led and grew their European and China Energy practices and global Low Carbon & Sustainability team. He has also held operational roles at Shell. Dr Greg Lavery

Greg has a strong commercial background forged at Bain and Booz and applied growing a portfolio of cleantech businesses for Origin Energy. He founded Booz & Company’s Low Carbon & Sustainability business in ANZSEA. Greg has led a range of sustainable innovation projects for government and corporate clients, including the new business model and economic case for Masdar City, and the development of Australia’s largest solar retailer. Alan specialises in innovation and entrepreneurship. Until 2015 he held executive responsibility for innovation and technology at Solarcentury, the UK’s leading solar company. Prior to this he led the European business of IDEO.  Alan works with a number of leading universities including Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, educating corporate leaders on innovation.

He has designed innovative business models for some of the world’s leading companies including M&S Plan A, ASDA-Walmart Sustain and Save Exchange, Tesco Knowledge Hub and Producer Network, Guardian Sustainable Business, and the RBS Innovation Gateway.

Charlie brings 14 years of experience in corporate strategy and innovation, having advised companies, universities and social ventures on value-optimising strategies, operational improvements and growth ventures. Most recently Charlie was with Market Gravity helping large blue-chip companies to develop and launch new businesses and major market-driven initiatives. He enjoys educating and leading teams to design disruptive and commercial business models.

Martin works with leaders and their organisations to find, define, articulate and deliver their truth. He has 25 years of innovating in design and brand development for companies including Next, Sainsbury’s, Boots, M&S, Schuh, Cancer Research UK, Dixons, Burton, Magnet, Converse and Kangol. His expertise is in accessing all of the value within a company’s culture and activities to express these as compelling new offerings and identities that appeal to today’s customers and consumers.

Anna has extensive consulting experience with Booz & Company and previously at PIMS Consulting, a specialist benchmarking firm. She has led teams assisting some of the world’s  largest companies to improve their profitability in a range of fields including oil & gas, alternative energy, utilities and process industries. Anna is a former member of Booz & Company’s Energy and Low Carbon & Sustainability teams.
