Dr Greg Lavery

Greg has a strong commercial background forged at Bain and Booz and applied managing a portfolio of low emission businesses for Origin Energy. He founded Booz & Company’s Low Carbon & Sustainability business in South-East Asia and Australia. Graeme Alexander

Graeme is a senior commercial executive who has worked across a variety of roles and industries as a consultant and as a C-suite executive. Recent roles have included Non-Executive Director of Smarter Grid Solutions, CFO of Intense Ltd a Laser Diode business, and co-founder of ProjectScotland, an award-winning social enterprise. Graeme has worked with Nestle and with Booz & Company across a range of industries including consumer goods, energy, ICT and electronics.
Marc-Alain Behar

Marc-Alain has a strong corporate strategy background, having worked at Booz & Company assisting clients across multiple sectors and on four continents. His commercial experience is complemented by an understanding of emerging trends (including low carbon and sustainability) and how these present risks and opportunities for companies. Marc-Alain’s early career was with BNP Paribas in their Leveraged Funds group.
Dr Anna Burrage

Anna has extensive consulting experience with Booz & Company and previously at PIMS Consulting, a specialist benchmarking firm. She has led teams assisting some of the world’s largest companies to improve their profitability in a range of fields including oil & gas, alternative energy, utilities and process industries. Anna is a former member of Booz & Company’s Energy and Low Carbon & Sustainability teams.
Julia Lawrence

Julia is an experienced strategy consultant and project leader with a background in consulting, industry, academia and the non-for-profit sector. She has particular expertise in operations improvement, sourcing, service management, sustainability, and business strategy. Julia’s prior roles have been with Booz & Company, Hatch Beddows Consulting, NCT, and Pizza Hut International.
Euan advises businesses on the strategic risks and opportunities posed by climate change covering corporate strategy, operations, supply chain management and customer engagement. In his previous role as Director of Footprinting at the Carbon Trust, Euan led the pioneering programme on product carbon footprinting and labeling. Euan launched the Carbon Reduction Label, now displayed at the point of sale on products worth $4.5Bn around the world.
Loek Otters

Loek has a strong background in the energy industry with a focus on commodity management, business development and management consulting. Recently he developed the trading, sourcing and risk management activities for the low carbon asset business of a leading Dutch incumbent. He has identified and developed low carbon business opportunities for several leading NW European energy companies. Loek has worked with Petroplus, Essent and Booz & Company
Toon van Kleef
MSc Mech. Eng. University of Twente
Toon combines 10 years consulting experience, most of which in Booz & Company’s European Energy Practice, with 15 years of corporate and executive experience. He has worked for Shell, Essent and VolkerWessels. Toon has managed large change programs, led substantial international businesses, and created and led a sustainable business unit offering local energy solutions for the largest energy company in the Netherlands.
Kate has a strong background in consulting and leading business growth. She has successfully led teams and businesses in Cisco and Sonic Innovations – identifying and delivering profit improvements and improved team/company performance. Her consulting work has assisted companies including Goodman Fielder and EDS. Kate is leading the Sales and Marketing function for Lavery Pennell.
